LBNL/OCP Open Chiplet Economy Experience Center

You are invited to a special by invitation only event as the OCP Sponsored LBL Experience Center Opens its Doors with a focus on Chiplets for HPC and AI. Monday June 24th 1-5PM 2024 at the LBL Campus.

The start of 2024 represents a significant milestone for the open chiplet economy. The start of a transition from documents and slides and into the realm of tangible, and real products. This event will provide a select collection of technology demonstrations covering products and prototypes emerging from different corners of the emerging chiplet market that will impact the development of specialized ASICs for HPC. The demonstrations will include chiplets and chiplet based products, IP, workflow and manufacturing demonstrations including tools that help designers integrate chiplets into ASICs.

You will hear from companies that are active in building the open chiplet economy, working towards commercially viable stand alone chiplets that benefit lower volume markets such as HPC. Companies that will be on site providing technology demonstrations include Synopsys, Alphawave, Blue Cheetah Analog, Enosemi, Eliyan, Anemoi Software and from LBL a project P38 demonstration.
